Course overview
The Bachelor Degree with Integrated International Foundation Year (Arts and Social Science) offers an opportunity to those international students who have the potential and motivation to succeed, but do not yet have the formal qualifications required for entry to Year 1 of a University of Leeds Arts and Social Science-related undergraduate degree programme.
The University of Leeds International Foundation Year is one of the most established and successful programmes of its type in the UK. For more than 30 years it has been helping high-achieving international students to realise their ambition of studying for an undergraduate degree at the University. During this year of study, all your teaching is delivered by academic staff at the University and you are taught on campus and have full access to our facilities.
Course details
The initial year prepares you for entry onto an undergraduate degree in a wide range of Arts, Communications and Social Sciences programmes. Alongside academic study skills and English, you will study subject-specific, tailored modules, designed to ensure that you are fully prepared for your next years of undergraduate study.
