A bachelor degree with a 2.1 (hons) or an acceptable professional qualification.
A minimum of three years' postgraduate work experience is required before you apply. This should include appropriate management experience and show some career progression.
If you don't have a formal academic or professional qualification, we will consider your application based on your management experience. In this case you should have at least five years’ experience and must include evidence of significant progression and management responsibility.
We accept a range of international equivalent qualifications.
English language requirements
IELTS 6.5 overall, with no less than 6.0 in any component. For other English qualifications, read English language equivalent qualifications

We will take all of our entry criteria into consideration when evaluating your application, as well as your post-MBA career goals and whether the Leeds MBA is likely to help you fulfil them.
Wherever possible we conduct face-to-face interviews with applicants. The Programme Director speaks to all potential candidates before an offer is made.
If you receive an offer of a place, we usually allow four to six weeks for you to accept and confirm your place. You’ll need to send us original or certified copies of your supporting documents before you can register for the programme.

For self-funded students commencing the Executive MBA programme in September 2019, a payment by instalments scheme is also available. Under the terms of the scheme 20% (of the self-funding element of the tuition fee) will be payable at or before registration with 8 further instalments of 10% being collected November to June, by Direct Debit. The scheme applies for the two year duration of the programme. Standard University of Leeds payment terms apply to all other programmes. Additional cost information
International study tours are optional, therefore they are not covered by the basic programme fees so you will have to pay extra for them. Prices will vary depending on the location and duration of the tour.
