About our International Fashion Masters
Our distance learning fashion Masters will begin with a two-week online induction designed to prepare you for online learning at the University of Leeds. It will introduce the study skills you will need to successfully complete your degree and access some of the top international fashion jobs.
Delivered online, the course offers a flexible schedule of modules which are designed for working professionals looking to develop a successful career in fashion management. The full MA fashion course consists of three compulsory modules, six optional modules and a research project.
You can take the course at your own pace and adapt your studies to fit around your work and life commitments. To give you flexibility, it is possible to pause your studies and take them up again at a later point.
The modules cover a variety of subject areas such as Social Media Marketing and Communication where you’ll learn how to use data to facilitate managerial decisions in fashion marketing, and Design Management where you’ll explore design auditing and value typology across a variety of phases in the fashion value chain.
On finishing studying the nine 15-credit taught modules you then complete a 45-credit research project module over 24 weeks. This has been designed to be flexible, enabling you to apply your newly acquired skills and knowledge to:
- Explore a specific issue/concept in the subject area of International Fashion Marketing and Design Management in depth.
