The course is run in collaboration with the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (UK) (FGDP(UK)) of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is ONLY available to candidates who have a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the FGDP(UK). Applicants must also hold a Primary Clinical Dental qualification which entitles them to register as a dental practitioner with the General Dental Council in the UK.
Applicants are required to provide the following with their application:
- Proof of their FGDP(UK) affiliation
- A research proposal
- Details of two referees – one of whom must be an FGDP(UK) tutor to whom the applicant was known during the course of their Diploma.
English language requirements
IELTS 7.0 overall, with no less than 6.5 in each component.
